What they need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration, or a closely related role (Non-negotiable)
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and techniques (Non-negotiable)
- Must have experience in report generation, project reporting, and management reporting (Non-negotiable)
- Must have hands-on experience in budgeting, budget monitoring, cost tracking, and/or financial reporting (Non-negotiable)
- Must have experience supporting PMO functions, project governance, or portfolio management (Non-negotiable)
- Must have experience with budget forecasting, variance analysis, and financial tracking (Non-negotiable)
- Must have experience in project documentation, including maintaining project records, trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents (Non-negotiable)
- Experience in inventory, asset, or resource management; experience with foreign/international asset inventory (Non-negotiable)
- Must have excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Non-negotiable)
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines (Non-negotiable)
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with different stakeholders (Non-negotiable)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, particularly in reviewing project data, reports, budgets, and documentation
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy and completeness
