PMO Analyst

About the role

As an Associate PMO Manager in the Tech Team, you will play a key role in providing efficient Project Management Office (PMO) support, secretariat functions, and business analysis. You will ensure smooth project execution, robust process tracking, and effective stakeholder management across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in tracking project progress, timelines, and key performance metrics
• Consolidate project, operational, and security risk statistics to prepare management dashboards and status reports
• Update project statuses in SAP and coordinate Project Implementation Reviews (PIR)
• Manage contract renewals, approvals, and maintain the knowledge base for governance policies and processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project finance tracking, including funding utilization and expiry management
• Coordinate resource tracking, time-clocking, headcount (HC/FTE) reporting, and project asset inventory/versioning
• Deliver end-to-end secretariat support for the Tech Team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and documenting meeting minutes
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all seniority levels
• Act as a Business Analyst for technology deliverables to align platform operations with stakeholder expectations and user needs

About you

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
• Good understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
• Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful, and independent mindset
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Prior background in healthcare, data analytics, or research domains is a strong plus
