We are seeking a skilled PMO Budget | Banking Sector eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Lisbon.

Are you the one?

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Budget Management, Financial Control, or IT PMO (preferably within Banking, FinTech, or IT Consulting).
• Financial Control & Budget Trajectory: Manage monthly financial closings (accruals, pre-payments, actuals vs. budget controls) and track software/hardware expenditure.
• Processes set up on multiple subjects, and Transformation of the NFTE + FTE budget management.
• Design and track trend indicators, KPIs, and monthly reports for C-level IT leadership.
• Partner closely with Cluster Managers, Pillar Leads, and the CTO to support decision-making and transformation topics.
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of accounting concepts (accruals, pre-payments, cost allocation, variance analysis).
• Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in Excel (data modeling, complex analysis) and PowerPoint (executive-level decks and dashboards).
• Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory; French working proficiency is highly valued.
