Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors or masters degree, with 10–14 years of experience in enterprise PMO, transformation offices, business operations, sales or alliance operations, portfolio management, process excellence, or consulting delivery.

• Experience in alliance, channel, sales operations, technology-partner, professional services, or consulting environments is preferred.

• Look in enterprise PMO, sales/alliance/partner/channel/ecosystem operations teams, transformation office, portfolio management, or consulting delivery. Likely current titles include PMO Manager, Alliance Operations Manager, Business Operations Manager, Transformation Office Manager, Portfolio Operations Manager, or Program Management Lead

• Demonstrated experience in mapping and standardizing processes across incentives, performance management, commercial operations, or comparable enterprise functions.

• Demonstrated ability to independently run planning and governance cadences across multiple workstreams, not merely coordinate meetings or maintain schedules.

• Strong experience managing annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles, executive business reviews, governance forums, and leadership checkpoints.

• Proven ability to create, implement, and govern operational playbooks, standard operating procedures, templates, and delivery controls.

• Experience managing structured intake and prioritization processes, integrated workplans, dependencies, decision logs, and escalation processes.

• Experience defining service levels, quality standards, operating metrics, and quality-assurance practices.

• Track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives, including process reviews, retrospectives, lessons learned, root-cause analysis, and implementation tracking.

• Experience coordinating delivery across specialist teams, such as Data & Automation, Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, and General Operations.

• Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to produce concise, decision-oriented materials.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint, workflow tools, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience coordinating global teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
