About the role
PMO & coordination lead for Singapore fintech banking projects. Bridge Singapore clients and stakeholders with China delivery teams, overseeing project tracking, resource lifecycle and local compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Be the primary cross-border liaison; prepare bilingual project docs & meeting notes, run sync meetings and follow up action items
- Maintain portfolio tracker for fixed-price & T&M projects, flag risks, prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and executive reports
- Track resource allocation & utilization; manage staff onboarding/offboarding, client vetting, security clearance and EP matters
- Provide admin support to Singapore project leaders, coordinate local vendor & operational affairs
- Assist the department recruitment and other related matters
About you
3–5 years PMO / project coordination experience in fintech/banking IT
Hands-on cross-border Singapore-China delivery experience
Business fluent English & Mandarin
Familiar with fixed-price and T&M models
Proficient in Excel & DingTalk
Meticulous, agile in multi-tasking across time zones
Strong cross-cultural communication skills
Assist the department recruitment and other related matters.
