PMO Analyst

Activities

• Facilitate effective communication within the program team and with external stakeholders. Ensure that stakeholders are informed about program progress and key milestones (incl. change management support)

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analysis to provide insights into program performance, progress, and key metrics

• Manage program documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and other relevant documentation

• Contribute to the identification, tracking, and resolution of program risks and issues. Work with Program Leads to develop mitigation strategies

• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting for the program. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards

• Manage and administer project management tools and systems used within the PMO, working alongside scrum master to ensure that the tools/ trackers are up to date/ standard"

Skills / experience required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Project Management, or Information Technology).

• Previous experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably in large-scale programs

• Experience in managing complex programs, handling a wide range of responsibilities, and contributing to strategic decision-making

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of program and project management methodologies (experience in Agile ways of working is preferred)

• Proficiency in project management tools and software

• Familiarity with risk management, financial management, and governance principles

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
