PMO

We are seeking a PMO professional to support governance, reporting, planning, and delivery oversight across Salesforce transformation programs. The role will work closely with project managers, program leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, budgets, and resource tracking.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across Salesforce projects.
• Support governance forums and steering committee meetings.
• Facilitate project financial tracking and vendor management activities.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and compliance standards.
• Coordinate project documentation and reporting activities.
• Support portfolio and program management functions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Relevant experience in PMO or project coordination
• Good to have experience supporting Salesforce implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMO certifications preferred.
