Overview

Seeking an experienced PMO Officer / Portfolio Governance Specialist to oversee a portfolio of technology, business transformation, and operational initiatives within an enterprise corporate environment.

Reporting directly to PMO leadership, this role provides portfolio-level oversight-spotting cross-project dependencies, tracking regional HK/MO project statuses, and crafting executive-level decks and status reports across all levels of management. You will leverage Jira, Excel, and Power BI to build delivery visibility and maintain strict PMO governance across both Agile and Waterfall delivery tracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Oversight & Dependency Spotting:

• Track and maintain portfolio roadmaps across multiple concurrent projects at various lifecycle stages.

• Identify cross-project dependencies, resource constraints, delays, and critical path blockers at the portfolio level.

• Monitor progress across Hong Kong & Macau (HK/MO) initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional program timelines.

• Multi-Level Executive Reporting & Presentations:

• Synthesize multi-workstream project data into executive-ready status reports, management decks, and PowerPoint presentations tailored for diverse stakeholder audiences.

• Partner with technical/analytics teams to generate reporting dashboards (Power BI) and leverage data-driven insights to highlight portfolio performance.

• PMO Governance & Tool Administration:

• Drive standard PMO governance across projects delivered under both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

• Maintain and optimize Jira projects, dashboards, risk/issue registers, action logs, and change requests.

• Regional Communication & Training Collateral:

• Support the creation and translation of regional training materials, SOPs, and change management decks.

Key Requirements

• Corporate / Enterprise Background: 4+ years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, or Project Coordination within a corporate or enterprise setting (luxury retail experience preferred).
• Portfolio-Level Vision: Proven ability to pick up projects mid-stream, maintain portfolio views, and spot critical cross-project dependencies.
• Governance Tools (Must-Have): Advanced mastery of Jira (MUST) and Excel, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentation building.
• Dashboard Exposure: Exposure to Power BI dashboards and analytics is highly advantageous (no heavy hands-on coding required).
• Delivery Frameworks: Solid working experience in Hybrid environments (Agile + Waterfall).
• Bilingual Capability: Professional fluency in Cantonese and English (written and spoken) is required to translate, draft, and present regional materials.
