We’re Hiring – PMO Compliance Officer

We are looking for a PMO & Compliance Officer to monitor projects, internal processes, timelines, and organizational compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and monitor project trackers, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Track project deadlines and identify delays, risks, and pending activities.
Coordinate and follow up with Project Managers, Managers, Team Leads, and Directors on project updates and action items.
Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and defined processes.
Identify process gaps and coordinate with the respective Managers and Directors for corrective action.
Maintain compliance, risk, issue, and action trackers.
Prepare regular MIS, project status, and compliance reports for Management.
Coordinate with department heads and management to ensure smooth execution of organizational activities.
Escalate important delays, risks, and compliance issues to Management and Directors.
Ensure activities are properly documented and closed within defined timelines.

REQUIREMENT:

2 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Operations, Compliance, or Process Management.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Good understanding of project tracking and process compliance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and report preparation.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and departments.
Strong ownership and accountability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
