• Complete domain roadmap – milestones, owners, dates, dependencies, make project updates in Meego
• Domain RAID (Risks, Issues, Actions, Decisions) maintained and updated with proactive escalation of risks
• Driving and documenting domain/cross-domain decisions
• Weekly status, RAID updates, and decision needs to Program Integration
• Facilitating dependency mapping and solution integration across domains to minimize bottlenecks
• Evaluating domain scope change, schedule, or resource change requests; facilitating prioritization decisions and following the change request process
• SSPs tracked for every end-state .cn application
• ISM tracked for every 3rd-party application in the domain
• SDLC delivery outcomes, including entry/exit criteria, required sign-offs and approvals, go-live readiness, and domain-level quality control and assurance
• 完整的领域路线图——里程碑、负责人、日期、依赖关系，在 Meego 中更新项目进展
• 维护并更新领域 RAID（风险、问题、行动、决策），主动上报风险
• 推动并记录领域/跨领域的决策
• 向项目集成组提供每周状态、RAID 更新及决策需求
• 促进跨领域的依赖关系梳理与解决方案集成，以尽量减少瓶颈
• 评估领域范围变更、进度或资源变更请求；推动优先级排序决策并遵循变更请求流程
• 为每个终态 .CN 应用跟踪 SSP
• 为该领域中每个第三方应用跟踪 ISM
• SDLC 交付成果，包括准入/准出标准、所需的签核与审批、上线就绪情况，以及领域级质量控制与保证
