About the role

We are seeking an experienced PMO (Project Management Office) professional to join PT Sinergi Daya Mitra in Jakarta. This is a strategic position within our client project, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing, coordinating and optimising our client project management processes. The PMO function is essential to ensuring our projects deliver value, maintain quality standards and align with our organisational objectives. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders and senior leadership to establish governance frameworks, standardise methodologies and drive continuous improvement across our project portfolio.

What you'll be doing

• Establishing and maintaining project management standards, policies, procedures and best practices across the organisation
• Developing and implementing project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organisational and industry standards
• Monitoring and reporting on project performance metrics, including schedule, budget, scope and quality indicators
• Providing oversight and governance support to active projects within the portfolio
• Facilitating resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects
• Supporting project managers with tools, templates, training and coaching to enhance their effectiveness
• Identifying, tracking and managing project risks and issues at the portfolio level
• Conducting post-project reviews and capturing lessons learned to inform future initiatives
• Preparing executive dashboards and reports that communicate project status to senior stakeholders
• Collaborating with IT leadership to align projects with strategic business objectives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of 2-3 years in a PMO or project management role within the FSI industry or leasing/multifinance company is point plus

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile or similar frameworks is point plus

• Expertise in project portfolio management and governance framework development

• Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools and software (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana or equivalent platforms)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and optimise processes

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, project managers and team members

• Experience developing project management standards, templates and documentation

• Proficiency in financial management and project budgeting

• Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal
