I am working directly with one of our key clients here at RED Global who are looking for an experienced PMO to join a long term transformation and harmonization initiative across Supply Chain Planning functions.

The role requires a strong PMO who can coordinate stakeholders, drive execution and maintain a helicopter view of the overall program.

Role Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6-12 months initial contract (extensions highly likely)

Location: Remote (travel once every 1-2 weeks to Katowice)

Languages: English mandatory Polish a bonus

Experience required:

• Proven PMO experience in transformation, transition or change programs.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with planning, supply chain or operations stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead discussions, challenge assumptions and drive outcomes.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Executive presence and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
