The role

We are looking for a detail-oriented PMO professional with 4 years of experience to support project governance, reporting, planning, and coordination across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide handson PMO support across the project portfolio, ensuring consistent governance, reporting, and delivery discipline.
• Produce clear, highquality project and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and updates for delivery and senior stakeholders.
• Use portfolio data to highlight risks, trends, and improvement opportunities, helping teams stay ahead of issues.
• Work closely with Project Managers to support planning, milestone tracking, RAID management, and overall delivery health.
• Act as a coordination point between Delivery, Finance, and Operations to keep project data accurate and aligned to financial and contractual requirements.
• Support delivery teams with meeting facilitation, action tracking, and dependency management where needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tools, raising standards across project delivery.
• Champion customer success by helping delivery teams consistently meet commitments, anticipate risks early, and deliver an experience that exceeds customer expectations

Required Skills:

• Intermediate-level proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar).
• Strong understanding of business systems and processes.
• Excellent organizational and resource management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
