About the Job

We are looking for a PMO Executive to support project governance, reporting, and operational coordination across delivery teams. The role involves strong follow-ups, data consolidation, and compliance tracking, especially around timesheets for India and US teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and ensure timesheet compliance for India and US delivery teams
• Follow up with stakeholders on missing or incorrect timesheet entries
• Prepare and consolidate weekly PMO reports (status, utilization, compliance, etc.)
• Support project managers with data tracking, documentation, and coordination
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and MIS using MS Excel
• Assist in basic PMO activities such as meeting notes, action tracking, and report circulation
• Support other PMO-related operational tasks as required

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of project delivery environments (IT preferred)
