PMO Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage client engagements from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 12-22 years of experience in PMO or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
• Strong understanding of contract management principles including NDA's (Non-Disclosure Agreements), MOU's (Memorandum of Understanding), SOW's (Statement of Work) etc.
• Proficiency in Time Sheet verification processes for accurate tracking of employee hours worked.
• Experience in Client Onboarding process for new business acquisitions.
