PMO Leader

For our client, we are seeking a PMO Leader to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. In this remote leadership role, you will shape and strengthen the project management office function to improve execution across a complex environment. You will drive project governance, process discipline, and risk management while partnering closely with stakeholders and senior leadership to keep initiatives aligned with business goals. The role also includes leading and mentoring the project management team to build a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management strategies to enhance PMO efficiency.
• Monitor project status to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancements.
• Assess and mitigate project risks effectively to reduce issues.
• Lead and mentor the project management team, promoting a collaborative culture.
• Engage with stakeholders to align projects with business goals.
• Provide updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related AEC field preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant AEC industry experience preferred, including significant project management and/or PMO leadership.
• Proven track record of developing or managing PMO functions in a complex environment.
• Strong skills in risk management and process improvement.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
