PMO Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage project management office (PMO) operations, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of projects across multiple departments.
• Develop and maintain process maps to visualize complex processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, establish timelines, and allocate resources.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory affairs regulations by developing documentation and procedures that meet industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 9-15 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry setting.
• Strong understanding of Process Mapping principles and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of success in managing cross-functional teams and driving project outcomes through effective communication and collaboration.
• Experience working with Regulatory Affairs departments within the pharmaceutical industry.
