• Revenue, Cost & Financial Management: Revenue Forecasting, Direct and Indirect cost provisioning, P&L analysis, Accruals/Deferrals and Cost Optimization, Managed PID tagging & Timesheet validation, MIS report validation to ensure precise financial performance and full audit compliance**.**
• **Strategic AOP Planning:**Supporting annual budget preparation and ensured 100% accuracy in goal tracking and dashboard publishing. Analyzed multi?channel data to drive year?over?year growth. Delivered Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports to the Business Head, Leadership team and CEO, providing progress updates and strategic insights.
• Contract Management: Validation of client orders to ensure compliance with contractual terms, reviewed pricing sheets, managed credit terms, and prepared margin sheets to support accurate financial oversight.
