- Manage PMO operations, ensuring efficient project delivery and meeting business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee resource allocation, staffing, and vendor management to ensure successful project execution.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) implementation projects.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects using Workday platform.
