Roles & Responsibilities:
Shift: 11:00 AM- 8:00 PM
Providing Operational support for GDAS Organization
Generating metrics for all functions that include Talent, Finance, Contractor, Projects, Products etc
Providing Ad-hoc support in terms of Reporting & collaboration with USI stakeholders
To work closely with USI MDs COS in terms of any data/any requirements
GDAS DL Management(12 DLs) which includes Refreshing the DLs & Providing access to requested
Collaborate with different departments like Talent, Finance, contract management, projects, products to get the assigned task
Update & maintain the support documents regularly
Working on Ad-Hoc requests across the GDAS organization with a quick turnaround
Work with communications team whenever there are announcements to be made to the GDAS Organization
Vendor collaboration whenever needed along with internal VMO & CWM teams
Skills Required
Excellent excel proficiency & other Microsoft tools like outlook, PowerPoint, word
Able to understand business operations to perform role better
Key Stakeholder management
Excellent communication skills
