PMO ServiceNow

Mission: As a ServiceNow PMO, you will support the management and coordination of implementation, evolution, and transformation projects for the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for the operational monitoring of projects, governance, reporting, and coordination between the various stakeholders. You will contribute to ensuring the successful execution of projects while respecting deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and defined commitments.

Main responsibilities

• To ensure the operational management and monitoring of ServiceNow projects.
• Monitor the progress of the different phases of the projects: scoping, design, development, testing, deployment and production launch.
• Coordinate communication between ServiceNow teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers and client stakeholders.
• Set up and maintain project dashboards and reports: planning, KPIs, budget, resources, risks and actions.
• Prepare materials and ensure follow-up for project committees and steering committees.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, alerts, decisions and action plans and ensure their resolution or escalation.
• Ensure compliance with project governance processes, methodologies and standards.
• Monitor the workload, resources, and budget of ServiceNow projects.
• Consolidate information from different teams and produce summary reports for management and the client.
• Follow the milestones, deliverables and contractual commitments.
• Contribute to the management and prioritization of the ServiceNow project portfolio.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of management processes and tools.
• Ensure coordination and monitoring of actions between technical and functional teams.
• Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the deployment, transition and support phases.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and GenAI to automate reporting, facilitate project data analysis and improve management processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Advanced training in project management, computer science, engineering, management or a related field.

1-2 years of experience as a PMO in an IT environment, ideally on ServiceNow projects.

Knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem and its main modules is a real asset.

Good understanding of IT project life cycles and project management methodologies.

Proficiency in reporting tools, project monitoring and KPI management.

Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of project management tools is appreciated.

Excellent organizational, coordination, and synthesis skills.

Ability to interact with technical, functional and business stakeholders.

Rigour, autonomy, proactivity and a sense of responsibility.

Good communication skills in French and English.

Interest in AI / GenAI and topics related to digital transformation.
