• Maintain product lifecycle trackers covering planning, development, launch, adoption, enhancement, issue resolution, and retirement activities.
• Update product roadmaps, release calendars, feature lists, risk and issue logs, and action trackers based on agreed inputs.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and follow-up actions; flag delays, gaps, or inconsistencies to the product lead in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized product records, including version history, approval status, decisions, and supporting evidence.

Product Analysis and Reporting (25%)

• Collect and consolidate product usage, adoption, service, operational, and user-feedback data from available sources.
• Perform structured analysis to identify trends, variances, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular product dashboards, status summaries, and management materials using agreed metrics and templates.
• Support market research, benchmarking, user segmentation, and basic business-case analysis as required.

Product Documentation and Training Enablement (25%)

• Develop and maintain product training materials, user guides, FAQs, process notes, release notes, and onboarding content.
• Coordinate training logistics and support product briefings, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Ensure materials remain accurate and aligned with the latest product scope, features, processes, and approved messaging.
• Gather questions and feedback from users and convert them into clear follow-up actions or documentation updates.

Delivery Coordination and Continuous Improvement (15%)

• Support requirement documentation, user-story preparation, acceptance criteria, testing coordination, and release readiness checks.
• Coordinate routine follow-ups with business, technology, design, operations, and vendor teams.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and post-launch review activities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify recurring product-management processes, templates, and reporting.

Requirements: Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Approximately 4-6 years of relevant experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, project coordination, or a related role.
• Experience supporting digital, data, AI, insurance, financial-services, or enterprise products is preferred.

Special Skills

• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple trackers and deliverables.
• Good analytical capability, including working knowledge of Excel and experience preparing dashboards or structured reports.
• Ability to create clear product documentation, training materials, presentations, and user communications.
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle, requirements, testing, release management, and user adoption.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Comfort working across functions and following established governance, templates, and processes.
• Familiarity with collaboration, backlog, analytics, or visualization tools is an advantage.
