PMO/Rollout Manager

The goal is to align product vision with concrete reality, maximizing client satisfaction and improving employee daily work through consistent project management practices.

Missions

Context of the project:

• End-to-end project coordination: planning, implementation, testing, and releases.

• Facilitate, track, and report progress against targets/deadlines.

• Align priorities and timelines between Product roadmap and BU roadmaps.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation processes.

• Support training preparation and change management coordination (Hypercare).

• Identify risks of execution and set mitigation actions.

Deliverables expected:

• Project management documentation, reports, and plans.

• Methodology Playbook, toolkits, and templates.

• Regular progress reports for senior management.

• Lessons learned and best practices sharing documentation.

Working Conditions

Location: Paris

Knowledge Requirements

Skills expected:

• Minimum 2 years in a PM or people coordination role.

• Experience in project management disciplines (risks, actions, issues, dependencies).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Experience in working with PM and visualization tools.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; French or Spanish is appreciated.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
