Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMP Instructor to lead comprehensive project management training sessions tailored for aspiring and current project managers. Duties

• Design, develop, and update PMP training curricula aligned with current industry standards and PMI (Project Management Institute) guidelines.
• Deliver compelling online courses using LMS (Learning Management System) platforms such as Blackboard or similar e-learning tools, ensuring accessibility and engagement for all students.
• Facilitate live virtual classes, workshops, and seminars that incorporate best practices in higher education pedagogy and adult learning principles.
• Integrate educational technology tools like video editing software, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing platforms to create interactive learning materials.
• Conduct research on emerging project management trends, accounting concepts, financial analysis, and related fields to enrich course content.
• Collaborate with faculty colleagues on curriculum design, assessment strategies, and student support initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students working towards PMP certification or seeking to enhance their project management expertise.
• Utilize analytics from LMS platforms to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and adapt instructional methods accordingly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience teaching project management courses or training programs in higher education or corporate settings.
• Strong knowledge of PMP certification requirements, PMI standards, and project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, course development, and instructional technology integration.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Blackboard or equivalent online training platforms.
• Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds in university or adult education environments.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and public speaking proficiency for engaging virtual presentations.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, data analytics tools, video editing software, and social media management is highly desirable.
• Prior college faculty experience or teaching business topics at the university level is preferred.
