PMP Project Manager

Chicago, IL || Onsite Only local Job Description NOT AN IT PROJECT MANAGER, FOCUSED ON BUSINESS, OPERATIONS, AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT.

Specific focus on Business and Operations, Change Management, Process Mapping, Training, and Team Coordination.

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree is a plus and will be considered.

Active Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or Agile certifications).

10+ years of Program and Project Management experience.

Any experience leading a large non-profit organization on critical PMO and change management initiatives is a plus.

Ability to develop an integrated project plan across multiple workstreams and drive project delivery from it.

Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and results/reports into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders.

Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross-functionally and with an executive level audience.

Ability to influence and build consensus across disparate groups.

Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
