PMS & TNC Manager - Elevator Industry

As a PMS & TNC Manager, you will oversee all projects and manage the day-to- day activities of the preventive maintenance and commissioning team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that all safety precautions are followed on the job site.
• Performs initial testing, high-speed testing, load testing, feature testing, and troubleshooting of elevators and/or escalators.
• Carries out testing and commissioning with the client or other parties
• Ensures the quality of the elevator and/or escalator in terms of safety and functioning.
• Keeps track of tasks involving ongoing elevator and/or escalator testing that have been assigned to him.
• Receives complaints and resolves issues
• Prepares and submits work-related reports
• Revises and adds electrical circuits on elevators and escalators assigned to him.
• Train and develop his men in order for them to fulfill their jobs efficiently and to advance in the firm.
• Monitors all trouble calls in his area of responsibility and responds appropriately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
