PMS Manager

Stelsen Integrated Systems is looking for a strong, experienced, and results-driven leader to head our Preventive Maintenance and Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Department Leadership

• Lead and supervise the Service Department and service personnel.
• Set priorities, performance standards, and manpower assignments.
• Monitor team productivity, work quality, and performance.
• Coach and develop employees while promoting accountability and teamwork.

Service Operations

• Monitor schedules, service commitments, and completion of work.
• Address operational issues and ensure proper coordination between field and office teams.
• Ensure accurate service documentation and reporting.

Decision-Making & Problem Solving

• Make timely decisions on service priorities, manpower, and resources.
• Handle urgent and critical service concerns.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate major concerns when necessary.
• Ensure accountability for service decisions and outcomes.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as a senior contact for clients regarding service and maintenance concerns.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle complaints and escalations.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure commitments are properly delivered.

Compliance & Accountability

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and service standards.
• Ensure proper use of company resources and equipment.
• Take overall responsibility for the performance and service quality of the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Operations, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent client relationship and people-management skills.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
