Job Title: PMS Operations

Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Manage trade execution and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and reconcile PMS transactions, including equity, debt, and other asset classes.
• Portfolio Administration: Manage account setups. Manage corpus and transaction accounting. Track and update corporate actions like dividends, bonuses, and splits.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance policies. Prepare and review client reports, portfolio statements, and other MIS reports. Assist in audits and regulatory inspections.
• Reconciliation and Monitoring: Perform regular reconciliations of client portfolios with custodian and depository statements. Ensure accurate valuation and reporting of client assets.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate operational processes. Work closely with technology teams to implement enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience of 3+ years.
• Experience in dealing with all securities including Direct Equity, ETFs, Mutual Funds and Bonds.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, data reconciliation, and reporting tools.
• Should have experience in using Wealth Spectrum.
• Strong process orientation execution skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
