Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Engineer – Power Management Systems (PMS) for a leading engineering organization in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, bids and techno-commercial proposals.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate tender submissions.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and support business growth.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and order execution.
• Deliver technical presentations and commercial discussions with customers.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Power Management Systems, Electrical Automation, or Industrial Electrical Solutions.
• Experience in technical sales, quotations, bids & proposals.
• Good understanding of Power Distribution Systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
