Technical Support Representative – Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS)
The role ensures smooth execution of PMS activities through effective client coordination, technical support, and internal collaboration. Responsibilities include monitoring PMS schedules, assisting clients with inquiries, maintaining service documentation, and supporting service renewals. The representative coordinates with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, while also tracking performance, conducting satisfaction surveys, and contributing to client retention and marketing efforts.

Key Focus Areas:

• Client Support & Retention: Handle client concerns, provide technical assistance, send service advisories, and negotiate renewals.
• Scheduling & Documentation: Monitor service timelines, update client service records (Baby Book), and maintain PMS reports.
• Technician Coordination: Oversee daily technician activities, assign work based on schedules, and gather service feedback.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare performance reports, conduct client satisfaction surveys, and support sales and marketing with technical insights.
