POD Staff

The Proof of Delivery Staff is responsible for overseeing the process of documenting and verifying the delivery of goods to customers. This role ensures that all deliveries are accurately recorded, compliance standards are met, and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Responsibilities:

Supervise Delivery Operations:

• Manage and coordinate the proof of delivery team.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery documentation.

Documentation Management:

• Verify that all delivery receipts and documents are completed correctly.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking delivery confirmations.

Quality Control:

• Monitor delivery processes to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Conduct regular audits of delivery documentation for accuracy.

Customer Communication:

• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding delivery confirmations
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve any delivery-related issues.

Reporting:

• Generate reports on delivery performance metrics and document discrepancies.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and transportation teams to streamline operations
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss delivery performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in logistics, operations, or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
