Podcast Production & Content Creation Intern

IBooking Holidays is a travel and tourism company expanding its presence through podcasts, social media and digital content. We are looking for enthusiastic and creative interns who want to learn podcast production, anchoring, video shooting, editing and content creation through practical, hands-on experience.

No prior experience is required. If you are passionate about communication, meeting new people and creating videos, this is an opportunity to learn and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Podcast Guest Coordination: Find, contact and invite suitable guests for podcast shoots, including creators, influencers, professionals and interesting personalities.
• Podcast Shooting: Assist with podcast recording, camera setup, microphones, lighting and basic production.
• Anchoring & Hosting: Learn how to introduce guests, ask questions, communicate confidently and host podcast sessions.
• Video Shooting & Editing: Learn basic camera handling, video recording, editing techniques and short-form video production.
• Content Creation: Assist in developing podcast topics, questions, scripts, captions, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Social Media Promotion: Help publish and promote podcast clips on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with guests and the production team to ensure smooth podcast shoots.

Eligibility & Skills

• 10+2, undergraduate students and graduates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Interest in podcasts, anchoring, video production or social media.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to approach new people.
• Creative thinking, confidence and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

No previous experience in podcast shooting, video editing or anchoring is required. Training and practical guidance will be provided.

Flexible Internship Options & Payment

1. Part-Time Internship

• Flexible working schedule.
• Option to work approximately 2 hours per day.
• Suitable for students and candidates who want to learn alongside their studies or other commitments.
• This is an unpaid learning internship. No stipend or salary will be provided for the part-time arrangement.

2. Full-Time Internship

• Regular, full-time, in-office working arrangement.
• Opportunity to gain more hands-on experience in podcast production and content creation.
• Stipend/salary will be provided as mutually agreed, based on the role, working hours and responsibilities.
