Finz is a New York-based AI finance company. We run finance for mid-market companies in the US, closing their books daily and giving owners real-time control of cash, cost and margin.

Finz is now launching The Front Runners, a podcast on AI in the real economy. You will join the team building the show from its first episode.

What you’ll do

• Edit full podcast episodes in video and audio.
• Cut short clips for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram and X.
• Add captions, titles and simple graphics in our brand style.
• Design episode thumbnails and covers.
• Publish episodes to YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
• Write show notes and episode pages for the website.
• Research guests and prepare briefing notes before each recording.
• Keep the production calendar and tracker up to date.

What we’re looking for

• Strong video editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Descript.
• Experience cutting short-form clips that hold attention.
• A good eye for design. Canva or Figma is a plus.
• Clear written English.
• Organized, reliable and able to work with little supervision.
• Comfortable working a few hours of overlap with US Eastern time.
