Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Podcaster at WCA GLOBAL™. The Podcaster will plan, research, and produce audio content that highlights topics such as ISO quality systems, ethical business practices, fair trade, and consumer rights. Daily tasks include drafting episode outlines, scripting key segments, conducting interviews with subject-matter experts, and hosting or co-hosting recorded discussions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure content accuracy, managing basic audio recording workflows, and coordinating with social media support to promote episodes. The Podcaster will also monitor listener feedback and analytics to refine future content and maintain consistent quality and engagement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interviewing skills to host engaging discussions and interact effectively with guests and audiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Writing and Research skills to develop scripts, outlines, and accurate, well-informed content.
• Candidates should possess Social Media skills to support episode promotion and audience engagement across digital platforms.
• Familiarity with podcast production tools, audio recording, and basic editing is beneficial.
• Understanding of ISO standards, compliance, or ethical business practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and collaborate with a distributed team.
• Prior experience in podcasting, broadcasting, or content creation is preferred but not required.
