Duties

• Greet customers with a warm, energetic attitude and assist them in placing food orders using POS systems such as Clover.
• Prepare fresh poke bowls and other menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and accurately to ensure consistent product quality.
• Manage customer transactions accurately by processing cash, credit card payments, and handling cash register operations.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation guidelines, food handling protocols, and proper kitchen organization.
• Support retail sales transactions by managing product displays and assisting customers with merchandise when needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace.
