We’re looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, and outgoing Sales & E-Commerce Associate to join our growing Pokémon and trading card business.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product listings on Whatnot, TCGplayer and eBay
• Photograph, organize, price, and accurately describe trading card products
• Process, package, and ship customer orders
• Maintain accurate inventory across online marketplaces
• Communicate professionally with customers and resolve order-related issues
• Make outbound calls to other card shops and retailers to introduce and sell our company-branded accessories and products
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners
• Follow up with potential business customers and identify new sales opportunities
• Develop new accounts and expand our wholesale/retail customer base
• Help grow awareness and distribution of our company brand
• Earn commission on qualifying accessory sales
• Look for new and creative opportunities to increase sales and grow the business
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and professional store environment

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and speaking with business owners
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using computers and online marketplaces
• Strong attention to detail when listing, organizing, and shipping products
• Reliable, organized, and punctual
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Previous sales, e-commerce, retail, or TCG experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Pokémon and trading cards is a plus, but is NOT required

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay + commission opportunities
