Pokémon TCG Retail Executive

The Role We're looking for a full-time Retail Assistant to be the face of our store — someone who genuinely enjoys the world of trading cards and can bring that enthusiasm to every customer interaction. As a full-time member of a small, hands-on team, you'll help run day-to-day store operations, support collectors in finding what they're looking for, and help maintain the polished, trustworthy environment our clients expect. This role offers real room to grow as we scale — from taking on more responsibility in store operations to potentially supporting authentication, vault management, or content work over time. What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers and collectors, providing a warm and knowledgeable retail experience
• Support card trading, sales, and basic authentication processes under guidance
• Help maintain the store's presentation — displays, inventory organization, and vault storage areas
• Support light social media and content efforts where relevant (photos, customer stories, in-store moments)
• Handle basic POS transactions and cash/payment processing
• Contribute to a professional, welcoming atmosphere consistent with our premium positioning
