Duties

• Supervise daily work activities of crew members involved in pole barn construction, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• Ability to work hard in hot and cold environments and ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct quality control inspections, troubleshoot technical issues on-site, and support team members with technical troubleshooting as needed.
• Proven experience in outdoor construction projects with a focus.
• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid steers**, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively.**
• Strong background in framing and pole barn builds, equipment.

• Ability to climb ladders or framing safely. must be comfortable with and installing roofing.
