What they need
A TCOLE Basic Peace Officer license is preferred but will consider individuals who would like to attend the MCC Law Enforcement Academy in January, 2027.
Applicants are required to submit a City of Robinson employment application in order to be eligible to take the next scheduled Police Officer Selection Test. Starting pay for licensed police officers is $60,242 per year. Police Cadets are paid $22.57 per hour while attending the Law Enforcement Academy.
