• The role holder is responsible for Credit risk management of Home loans. Job profiles include
  portfolio risk management, assessment of Business risk, Product risk, Industry risk, Profitability
  assessment of specific segments and due diligence of credit processes. Job holder is responsible for
  ensuring the growth of portfolio in right direction within the Risk appetite of the HFC

• The role holder interacts and coordinates with all the control functions and respective stakeholders
  of the HFC like Credit Risk/ Business/ Audit/ Analytics /Product/ Operations/Technology for effective
  and efficient delivery and controls of project and process within specific timeliness.
  Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities:

• Credit Risk Management of Home loans and LAP portfolio

• Simplification of processes through automation and digitization projects

• Strengthening Systems, Controls & Processes for robust compliance

• Superior & Consistent Customer Service
  Core Responsibilities:

• Formulation of Credit policy within regulatory parameters and risk appetite of the HFC

• Ensure Implementation and adherence of Credit Policy through training of credit and operations
  team on the policy parameters and consistent guidance on the clarifications on product and policy
  parameters

• Prepare monthly management deck; snapshot of Portfolio performance, monthly acquisition trend,
  quality of portfolio and trigger monitoring

• Identify areas of improvement in existing processes of credit underwriting, risk management and
  operations and its implementation.

• Responsible for monitoring quality of the portfolio by monitoring infant delinquencies, NPAs and
  stress accounts

• Travelling across locations for understanding the local policy and product requirement, process
  reviews and imparting training

• Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) reporting to Operational Research function

• User Acceptance Test (UAT) of systems and its implementation in production environment

• Delegation of authority and monitoring of overdue

• Support system changes to improve quality of data and ease of process
