About the role
The Policy Service Processor is responsible for processing policy servicing transactions, including policy disbursements, refunds, and amendments for Traditional Life, Variable Life, and Retail Insurance products. The role also handles policy-related inquiries and supports system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Process policy disbursements, refunds, and amendments accurately and on time
- Respond to policy-related inquiries and requests
- Review and maintain policy records and documentation
- Generate and interpret reports as needed
- Assist in system projects, testing, and process enhancements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient policy servicing
About you
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills
- Ability to interpret reports and maintain accurate records
- Team player with good communication and business writing skills
- Adaptable and willing to learn new processes and systems
