| Perform duties associated with policy and billing systems. |
| Act quickly in response to customer requests for quotes, payment processing, problems, takes ownership and sees them through to satisfactory conclusion. |
| Contribute fully to an effective team environment; demonstrate willingness to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals. |
| Provides quality customer service by communicating and processing transactions by phone, e-mail, and chat; logs all interactions via phone, email, and chat into a software application to ensure a detailed interaction history for each interaction. |
| Assist in training new team members when and where necessary. |
| Process transactions on multiple lines of business. |
