Polisy 400 Developer

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience working with Policy 400 (P400) insurance applications.
• Strong understanding of the insurance domain, preferably Life Insurance, General Insurance, or Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Experience with insurance policy administration processes.
• Knowledge of AS/400 (IBM iSeries) environments is preferred.
• Experience with RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, DB2, or related technologies will be an advantage.
• Experience in application support, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with insurance policy administration system modernization.
• Knowledge of system integrations and APIs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to banking or financial services applications would be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical experience with Policy 400 (P400) and a solid understanding of insurance business processes and policy administration.
