The Works Petitioning is hiring Political Field Associates in Salt lake city — a perfect fit for political science majors, pre-law students, or anyone passionate about politics and elections. You'll get hands-on experience in grassroots campaigning, voter engagement, and ballot initiatives: the real mechanics of how democracy works on the ground. It's the kind of experience that looks great on a resume and teaches you more about politics than any lecture.

What You'll Do

• Engage voters and residents door to door
• Track your results and hit weekly goals
• Learn campaign operations from experienced field organizers

What We're Looking For

• Students or recent grads interested in politics, government, law, or public policy (all majors welcome)
• Strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about people
• Self-starter who's reliable and organized
• Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet
• No campaign experience needed — we teach you everything
