Pollution Control Officer

The Pollution Control Officer is responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with environmental laws and regulations. This includes monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on environmental practices, managing waste disposal, and implementing sustainable solutions. The PCO plays a key role in supporting the site commitment to environmental responsibility and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all relevant environmental laws, regulations, and standards mandated by the DENR and other regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and submit required environmental reports and documentations on time.
• Oversee proper handling, segregation, storage, and disposal of solid and hazardous wastes.
• Coordinate with accredited waste transporters and treatment facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to evaluate the company’s environmental practices and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Promote and monitor the implementation of eco-friendly practices within the dealership.
• Maintain accurate records of environmental compliance documents.
• Prepare reports required for PCO accreditation and inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or a related course
• PCO certification is required
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Proficient in documentation and reporting
• Open to male or female applicants

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
