Qualifications & experience

• Candidate must be a graduate of Chemical , Mechanical or any related principle and must possess with PRC License.
• Has strong driven problem solving and analytical skills .
• Candidate must possess with a strong leadership skills and has outstanding people skills that allow greater flexibility in dealing various stakeholders across the organization.
• Good communication and proven technical capability with an eye for detail .
• Has experience in Manufacturing plant is a plus
• Candidate must be willing to work in Brgy. Darong, Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur

Tasks & responsibilities

• Understands various processes of the Plant specific to Waste Water Treatment and Boiler Operations.
• Ensures that all permits and reports related to environmental requirements are up to date.
• Promotes environmental awareness, programs, and improvements that will help in saving the environment.
• To ensure the proper performance, operation, and maintenance of environmental management facilities of the establishment.
• To attend requirements of DENR-Rules and Regulations for the company prior to the construction or installation of pollution control facilities including the application and securing of necessary pollution permits and renewal of any government requirements thereof
