What they need
5+ years of experience in software integration, API development, backend engineering, or conversational AI, with hands-on experience integrating conversational/voice AI platforms such as PolyAI with enterprise systems.
Required skills:
- PolyAI / Conversational AI / Voice AI / Voicebots
- API Integration and RESTful APIs
- Enterprise application integration with CRM, ERP, ticketing, and order management systems
- Java, Python, Node.js, or similar programming languages
- Middleware, microservices, and data exchange mechanisms
- OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, SAML, authentication, and authorization
- Conversational workflows, intents, entities, and dialogue management
- JSON, XML, Webhooks, and API-based integrations
- Secure, scalable, and reliable integration architecture
- Troubleshooting, debugging, API testing, and production support
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred
- Contact center technologies such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, or Twilio are a plus
Preferred background:
Integration Engineer, API Integration Engineer, Conversational AI Engineer, Voice AI Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Integration Developer, Backend Engineer, or similar technical role.
