Polymer Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Polymer Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting polymer manufacturing processes, material testing, quality control, research & development, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in polymer material selection, testing, and evaluation.
• Monitor polymer processing and manufacturing operations.
• Support quality control, material inspection, and product testing.
• Assist in R&D activities, product development, and material trials.
• Identify production defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce material wastage and production costs.
• Prepare technical reports, material specifications, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, R&D, and Maintenance departments.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Polymer Science, or an equivalent relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of polymer materials, processing techniques, and material testing.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
