Job descriptions:

• Lead the setup, optimization, and troubleshooting of twin-screw extrusion processes across diverse polymer systems.
• Drive scale-up of new formulations from pilot trials to commercial production.
• Develop and implement robust extrusion processing parameters and guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve process and product defects, including surging, surface irregularities, and color variation.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability, including feeder calibration, screw configuration, and die maintenance.
• Maintain comprehensive process documentation and technical records to support consistent and repeatable production.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in polymer compounding, twin-screw extrusion technology.
