Why MWCSD Traverse City

Physician-owned, independent — not a hospital-system satellite — with direct access to a board-certified sleep medicine physician. Small, tight team building a lab from the ground up. CEU support and BRPT credential assistance available.
What You'll Do

· Prepare patients, apply electrodes/sensors, calibrate equipment, troubleshoot during acquisition.
· Monitor patient safety and respond to clinical events overnight.
· Score completed studies per AASM criteria for physician interpretation.
· Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and infection control per protocol.
· Document patient encounters accurately in Athena EHR.
Required Qualifications
· Current RPSGT credential (BRPT) in good standing. (Candidates with current RST, CPFT, RPFT, CRT, or RRT credentials eligible per LCD L36839 and may be considered.)
· Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
· Minimum 1 year of in-lab PSG experience preferred; new graduates with completed clinical rotations will be considered.
· Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
· Comfort with 32-channel referential montage and expanded EEG capability a plus.
Benefits (Full-Time)
· Medical, dental, vision, life insurance (opt-in) — eligibility first of month after 90 days.
· 12 days PTO Year 1; 15 days Year 2+. Retention bonus at Year 1 and Year 2.
